  • 2-3 large fast food sandwiches such as Big Mac or Quarter Pounder with Cheese
  • 2-3 slices ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  1. Open each sandwich and place the ham slice inside.

  2. Flip each bun over, scraping off any toppings that are stuck on the bun and putting it back on the meat. You want to fry the sandwich on the underside of the bun.

  3. Tightly wrap the sandwich in saran wrap and set aside for 10 minutes.

  4. Whisk the egg and milk together.

  5. Prepare a large frypan by melting half the butter over medium heat.

  6. Unwrap the sandwiches and dip into the egg mixture.

  7. Fry the sandwiches a few minutes on each side in butter until golden toasted.
