  • 1 750 ml bottle of red wine that you like
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 ear corn-on-the-cob, uncooked, and cut off the cob
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green peppers, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 3 radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek dressing
  • juice of one-half lemon


  1. Combine the wine and water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. When done, rinse in a colander under cool water.

  2. To the pot of cooked pasta, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and put in a serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
