This recipe really concentrates on the dressing which has a little kick and a punch!
Start with 1 pound of coleslaw. Either make your own out of cabbage, carrots, red cabbage, celery, etc. or buy a package at the store as I did. I whirled mine in the food processor just a bit to make it finer.
Combine the slaw dressing and barbecue sauce and add to the slaw. Salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve
