Pineapple Margarita with Raspberry Sauce

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3/4 cup tequila
  • 1 cup Jose Cuervo margarita mix, no alcohol
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 3 cups ice


  1. To a 5 cup blender, add the pineapple and half of the tequila. Whirl a bit until the pineapple is pulverized.

  2. Add the rest of the tequila, Jose Cuervo, raspberry jam and 2 cups of the ice. Whirl.

  3. Add the last 1 cup of ice and whirl again. Pour into large margarita glasses.
