  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Cut the head of cauliflower up into florets, using half the head for this recipe.

  2. To a medium bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add the cauliflower and mix well again.

  3. On a large baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, spread out the florets evenly. Roast in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
